The ADB Young Professionals Program (YPP) is an exceptional opportunity for talented and driven individuals to kickstart their careers in international development. The fully-funded leadership development program aims to nurture the future leaders of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) by offering hands-on experience, rotational assignments, and in-depth exposure to ADB’s operations. The YPP is a three-year fully funded program based at ADB’s headquarters in Manila, Philippines. It includes two 18-month rotational assignments to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the ADB’s strategic objectives and operations. Exclusions of ADB YPP in Manila, Philipines
- Only nationals of ADB member countries are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be under 32 years of age by 1 August 2025.
