- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum GPA of:

- 3.2/4.0
- 60/100
- English language proficiency:
- IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5
- TOEFL iBT score of 79 or higher
- Graduated between 2024 and 2025
- Less than 1 year of total work experience
- Must provide certificate equivalency for degrees obtained outside Saudi Arabia
- Must be available full-time for the 1-year program
