The UPG Sustainability Leadership Program 2025 is a fully funded opportunity for passionate young leaders who want to take positive action in their communities and contribute to creating a more sustainable world. The fully-funded training program, which invites participants aged 18 to 35 from all over the globe, provides free, comprehensive training in sustainability leadership, covering a wide range of topics including project management, communication, and sustainable development.
Participants will undergo a 9-week intensive online training, followed by a unique, fully funded 1-week immersive experience at the Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership in the USA. Here, participants will get hands-on experience, develop leadership skills, and network with sustainability experts and fellow leaders from around the world. This program empowers individuals to implement actionable solutions to sustainability challenges based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Since its inception, UPG Sustainability Leadership has trained over 2,700 young leaders from more than 100 countries, who have gone on to train over 86,000 citizens globally. - Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English as the training is conducted in English.
